• Implemented a regulatory reporting data warehouse for firm-wide regulatory reporting, compliance, and trade surveillance for major investment banking client.

• Modernized and transformed critical business operations across the enterprise for a medium sized REIT with large company problems that included many manual systems and processes.  Designed a solution for financial reporting and digital transformation.  Redefined how regions and

• Supported business transformation efforts for cutting edge wealth management and research platforms for major investment banking client.  Developed business intelligence tools designed to support financial advisers and branch managers to track and measure performance; and a peer reporting tool that tracks positions, transactions, and allocation trends, firm-wide.  Worked diplomatically with third party vendors contracted to develop and implement solutions that support the wealth management business.

• Expanded commercial banking presence for major U.S. bank into global markets across South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Mideast, Far East, and Africa.

• Consolidated market data service offering across the enterprise as part of the merger and acquisition of two global financial giants, reporting directly to C-level executive team.  Managed efforts across Equity and Fixed Income Sales & Trading, Global Research, and Investment Banking areas to evaluate and re-deploy market data offerings.

• Supported development, implementation, and UAT efforts for a new portfolio performance measurement and reporting platform for a major investment bank, replacing several legacy applications used for the same purpose.  The target system combined client and financial advisor reporting facilities into a single robust platform.

• Big Pharma  - Data migration - full-scale SAP implementation.

• Institutional Equity  - Implementaion of an equity trading platform for buy-side trade order flow

• Algo Trading - Development and implementation of a proprietary sell-side equity trading platform

• Supported algorithmic trading for major Swiss bank by setting up institutional clients for smart-order routing.
